We respect copyright. If you own content and it's being used without permission, we get it - that sucks. Here's what you need to know.

We Don't Host Content

Can't stress this enough: FAPJUNK doesn't host porn. We don't upload videos, we don't store them, we don't transmit them.

If your copyrighted content is on a site we link to, you need to contact THAT SITE directly. They have their own DMCA procedures. We can't remove content from sites we don't control.

Want Us to Remove a Link?

If you own content on a site we link to and want us to remove that link from our directory, send us a proper DMCA notice with:

  • Your signature (digital is fine)
  • What content is yours
  • URL of the site we're linking to
  • Your contact info
  • Statement saying you own it and didn't authorize its use

What We Can Do

If your DMCA notice checks out, we can:

  • Remove the link to that site from our directory
  • Delete the review
  • Give you their contact info if we have it

What We Can't Do

We can't:

  • Delete videos from their site (we don't own it)
  • Force them to take stuff down
  • Give you user data from their site

Think We Removed Your Site by Mistake?

If we took down your link because of a DMCA complaint and you think it was wrong, you can file a counter-notice. Include your signature, what was removed, and why it was a mistake.

Repeat Offenders

Sites that get multiple valid DMCA complaints get permanently removed from our directory. Simple as that.

Don't File Fake DMCAs

Filing a false DMCA claim is illegal and can get you in serious legal trouble. Don't do it.

Our Stuff Is Copyrighted Too

Our reviews, logo, site design - that's all ours. Don't:

  • Copy our reviews word-for-word
  • Steal our logo
  • Scrape our database

If you want to reference our content, link to us. Don't rip us off.

How to Report Copyright Issues on Other Sites

If your content is on a site we link to:

  • Go to that site
  • Find their DMCA or Copyright page
  • Follow their process

Every legit site has a DMCA contact somewhere.
